Mr. Gammino joined Massey Knakal Realty Services as a Sales Director in August 2003. A year later he won the firm's Richard Marcinko Award for Tenacity, Loyalty and Single Mindedness of Purpose In The Pursuit of Excellence. The following year he sold 11 buildings in his Upper East Side submarket and was published in the New York Times, Real Estate Weekly, the Mann Report and The Real Deal. In 2006, Mr. Gammino was promoted to Senior Director of Sales and was responsible for bringing the Metropolitan Transit Authority on board as a client. Mr. Gammino is coordinating the efforts of both Massey Knakal and CB Richard Ellis in their evaluation of the MTA's real estate portfolio, which consists of 14,000 properties.

Prior to joining Massey Knakal, Mr. Gammino was admitted to the bar in 1993. Afterward he practiced law as a real estate attorney for seven years, gaining experience both transactionally (he closed over 300 transactions) and as an advocate representing clients in State and Federal Courts, Landlord/Tenant Courts, Bankruptcy Courts and administrative hearings before the Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR). He also drafted both residential and commercial leases and advised clients, including lending institutions, regarding New York Real Property Law and Multiple Dwelling Law. During this period, Mr. Gammino bought and gut-renovated a four-story, mixed-use property on Second Avenue in the East Village, in addition to owning and operating four bar/lounges in Manhattan.
Mr. Gammino began his career as a real estate broker in 1999 when he was hired as one of the founding brokers at Marcus & Millichap's New York City office, where he worked for 4 years.

Mr. Gammino is a Rhode Island native, making New York his home personally and professionally the past 17 years. He received his B.A. from Brown University and his J.D. from New York Law School. Both he and his wife Nicole currently live in Manhattan and are avid travelers and triathletes.
